This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Imperial Soft Solutions Limited ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of our software, applications, and related services.

6. Disclaimer. The software and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the software or services.

8. Termination. We may terminate or suspend your access to the software or services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the software and services will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
